1. Our marks
"HYNIVO", "Hynivo", the H logo mark, and associated logos, slogans and trade dress (together, the "Hynivo Marks") are trademarks and brand assets of Hynivo Ltd, whether registered or unregistered. Our red-and-black visual identity is a distinctive part of our brand.
2. Brand identity
Typography: Phudu (headings and display), Inter (body text).
Logo: the H mark in black on a red rounded square, alongside the HYNIVO wordmark in uppercase with wide letter spacing. Keep clear space around the logo at least equal to the height of the H stroke. Do not stretch, recolour, rotate, add effects to, or alter the logo.
3. Permitted uses
Without asking permission, you may:
- use the word "Hynivo" in plain text to accurately refer to our company or Services (nominative use);
- state truthfully that your product integrates with or works with Hynivo (e.g. "works with Hynivo"), provided you don't imply endorsement;
- use our logo in news articles, reviews or educational content about Hynivo, unmodified.
4. Prohibited uses
- Using Hynivo Marks in a way that suggests partnership, sponsorship or endorsement without written agreement.
- Using Hynivo Marks, or confusingly similar names, logos or domains, in your company, product, app, domain or social media names.
- Modifying, abbreviating, or combining our marks with other marks.
- Using our marks in connection with illegal, misleading, defamatory or offensive content.

- Registering or attempting to register any Hynivo Mark or similar mark as a trademark or domain.
5. AI Output and our brand
Output generated with Hynivo Services belongs to you as described in our AI Terms, but does not grant you any rights in the Hynivo Marks. You may say content was "created with Hynivo", but must not imply that Hynivo Ltd authored, reviewed or endorses it.
6. Intellectual property complaints
